Hillary Victor honored as one of Chicago’s most distinguished General Counsels

Victor has more than 18 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and securities law, and litigation management. In the past 18 months, Victor helped to streamline the company’s corporate organizational structure after its acquisition by a private-equity firm in 2016. And as executive head of HR, she led the rebuild of the company’s learning and development function.
