Empire Today® welcomes Holly Badertscher in the position of Executive Vice President, Merchandising

Northlake, IL – December 1, 2023 – Empire Today announced the hiring of Holly Badertscher in the role of Executive Vice President, Merchandising. Badertscher will oversee all of Empire's Merchandising functions, including vendor relationships, product distribution, inventory, and product logistics.

Badertscher joins Empire with tremendous merchandising, global sourcing, and flooring experience at some of the world’s leading consumer brands, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Décor, and Sears.

Badertscher has an A.A.S. in Fashion Merchandising Management from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and a B.S. in Merchandising and Product Development from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She will be relocating to the Chicago area with her husband and two children.
