CIGNA® HONORS Empire Today® WITH 2020 Outstanding Culture of Well-Being Award
Wellness program earns accolades three year in a row for the benefits it provides to employees

These include physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental wellbeing support. Each year, Cigna selects a group of organizations for Cigna Well-Being Award® recognition to honor the difference they are making in the health and well-being of their employees.

Cigna developed the Well-Being Award to acknowledge employer clients that have a positive impact on the health and well-being of their workforce. In making their selection, Cigna evaluates the core components of company wellness programs, including leadership, organizational foundations, policy and environment, program implementation and employee participation, among other things. All applications are reviewed and judged by an internal, multi-departmental review committee from Cigna.
