How quickly can installation begin for my Carpet?
We are able to professionally install in-stock Carpet when you want – as soon as Next Day. Because we have large warehouses with Carpet ready to be installed, we can work around your schedule and help make updating your home easy and convenient.
Does Empire offer brand name Carpet?
Empire® has Quality, Name-Brand Carpet from leading manufactures such as Mohawk, Shaw, Dream Weaver and StainMaster.
What type of Carpet is best for my home?
You can browse products on our website by category, room and lifestyle need. Your Sales Representative will help you choose the right Carpet for your needs during your FREE In-Home Estimate.
What type of padding cushion is best for my home?
We have several types of carpet padding that offer different varieties and densities. These elements determine the padding’s firmness, resiliency and support. Your Sales Representative will recommend the padding that is best for your Carpet and needs during your FREE In-Home Estimate.
Does my carpet come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our products carry both a manufacturer’s product warranty and our Installation Warranty. For information on warranties, please click here.
Why is my carpet shedding?
It is not uncommon for some new Carpet to shed for up to 120 days. The main reason for carpet shedding is due to cut fiber left from the milling process. It is recommended that the Carpet be vacuumed frequently to minimize the shedding.
Does Empire® clean carpet?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service, nor do we perform repairs or service on existing products.
Does Empire® color-match carpet?
We do not color-match. However, with the variety of styles and colors available, we can work towards complimenting your décor.
How do I remove stains from my Carpet?
Some carpet stains can be removed using a spot cleaning kit. Always spot-test in a discrete area before using any product. Blot stains—never scrub or brush them. Vacuum the area after cleaning. Always review your warranty's condition and exclusions prior to using any solvents.
