Forest Lane Porcelain Tile helps you get the look of real wood for any room in your home. Here are a few reasons why we love Forest Lane Porcelain Tile.

    Looks Just Like Wood Floors

Porcelain wood plank tiles can look so much like wood that many people have to touch them to be sure they are tile. Advances in manufacturing technology allow the porcelain planks to contain such a level of detail that it’s nearly impossible for the eye to tell that the plank is not real wood. Even better, the detail also allows for the tiles to have the look and feel of hand-scraped wood floors. Take a look at the photos below and see if you can tell which floor is real wood?

    Built to Last

Not only does Forest Lane Porcelain Tile have striking good looks, it has the brawn as well.  Porcelain tiles are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 for their hardness with a scale called PEI Ratings. With a PEI 4 Rating, Forest Lane Porcelain Tile is rated for moderate to heavy traffic, even light commercial use.

Tiles are also given a rating for their scratch resistance on the MOHS Scale (scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the hardest.  Forest Lane has a MOHS Scale 8 Rating, which means this tile built to stand up to high-traffic. To put an “8 MOHS” rating into perspective, diamond is at the top of the scale (10).

    Let the Sunshine in

When a room has a lot of sun exposure, hardwood floors may fade or change color from prolonged exposure to intense sun. However, Forest Lane Porcelain Tile can resist fading even when exposed to sunlight for extended period of time. Your flooring can look and feel like real hardwood without fading—helping your new floors last longer. Schedule a FREE In-Home Estimate today!
