How do I schedule an installation appointment?

Your installation appointment can be scheduled by your Sales Representative during your FREE In-Home Estimate. If you decide not to schedule an installation appointment during your estimate, you can call us later at 800-588-2300 and one of our Customer Service Representatives can assist you.

Will Empire move furniture?

Yes. We are able to move most furniture, however we do not move extremely heavy objects (e.g. pianos, china cabinets, pool tables, floor model televisions, fish tanks etc.).

Does Empire® request required permits?

Yes. Required permits are requested by Empire®.

What products can be installed Next Day?

We are able to professionally install in-stock products as soon as the Next Day. Empire® prides itself on being able to provide convenient service that meets your schedule. Your Sales Representative will be able to provide more details about our in-stock products.

Can I schedule my installation on a weekend?

Depending on local municipality restrictions, we can install on Saturdays. Installations on Sundays are currently unavailable.

Does Empire® remove and dispose of my old product?

We do offer removal and haul-away options. Your Sales Representative can provide details during your FREE In-Home Estimate.

What if I have an issue or concern regarding a product that is already installed?
