Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our hardworking, Distribution Center team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the operations and performance of the entire Distribution Center, with a specific focus on their assigned shift.

Compensation Information:
$75,000 annually plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Direct management of all activities on their assigned shift, including:
- Daily pre-shift meeting and assignment of tasks for the shift.
- Successful completion of all pre- and post-loadout activities.
- Correct receiving, putting away, storage, and control of all inventory.
- Preparation/review of upcoming warehouse tasks.
- Verify warehouse orders and assign picking to ensure accuracy/timeliness.
- Process returned orders and report/correct discrepancies.
- Manage and develop hourly warehouse employees using a variety of strategies including KPIs, performance management, and coaching/training.
- Successfully train and onboard new hires.
- Weekly management cycle counts.
- Ensure ongoing warehouse safety through daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
- Ensure all warehouse machinery is being operated safely and perform regular equipment safety checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift or push up to 75lbs as required.
- Commitment to maintaining an excellent attendance record.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
