What You'll Do
- The role is a 100% commission opportunity. Direct Sellers on average earn $70k - $100k the first year, with approximately 1/3 of the team making $100k plus in their second year.
- Huge earning potential with no earnings cap.
- Paid Learning: Earn weekly pay during the first 4 weeks while learning the business and starting to run leads.
What You'll Need
- Drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes
- Vehicle with room for samples
- Availability for some evening & weekends
- Deliver excellent customer service using tablet device and technology.
- 1099 Commission only + Sales Performance Incentive Funds (spiffs).
