What You'll Do

  • The role is a 100% commission opportunity. Direct Sellers on average earn $70k - $100k the first year, with approximately 1/3 of the team making $100k plus in their second year.
  • Huge earning potential with no earnings cap.
  • Paid Learning: Earn weekly pay during the first 4 weeks while learning the business and starting to run leads.

What You'll Need

  • Drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes
  • Vehicle with room for samples
  • Availability for some evening & weekends
  • Deliver excellent customer service using tablet device and technology.
  • 1099 Commission only + Sales Performance Incentive Funds (spiffs).
