Compensation Information:
$73,000-$80,000 annually with bonus
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Retention, & Revenue Generation
- Achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Lead generation.
- Grow existing business accounts.
- Client Relationship Management
- Grow B2B client portfolio.
- Build and retain business relationships.
- Monitor and address client satisfaction levels.
- Account Planning & Strategy
- Develop/execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- Align account strategies with internal strategies.
- Analyze accounts consistently.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Develop strong rapport with corporate business partners collaborating and agreeing on deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- P&L experience preferred.
- Home/Trade Shows experience a plus.
