As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll ensure every customer receives superior service by serving as the primary point of contact for all customer issues, staff, and administrative concerns.

Key duties will include:

  • Promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Daily customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Communicating with installers, sales managers, and others to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Outlook.
