This homeowner had a brand new, never-lived-in custom-built home. She didn’t want to pay the builder price for all the upgraded flooring, so she opted for all builder-grade floors, knowing they would be torn up immediately. To replace them with something more her style, she decided upon our Riverbank porcelain tile in all of the downstairs, minus the Master Bedroom. She’s in love! She also did Seneca laminate in Essential for her Master bed and closet (not pictured). She said she’s “over the moon” happy with her flooring project!
