Called Empire Today and they sent out a sales rep the next day. The Sales Representative was very courteous and very professional. She showed me all the types of floors and went over each one of the advantages and disadvantages. We went with the Hickory Hardwood. The Empire Flooring installers came a few days later and wasted no time installing the floor. I was even able to leave the house while they worked and nothing was missing when I got back home. They were also very courteous and professional. Before they left they made sure I was satisfied with the work. Then after a few days later I saw something I didn’t like, called Empire Flooring and they sent the same guys out and corrected the issue with no questions asked.

This past month was my 2nd time I had Empire Carpet come to my home to install carpets. The original plan was to install Laminate in the front room and two different carpets in the living room and basement stairs. After finding out I had a problem with my sub flooring, which meant I could not have the Laminate installed on Saturday, I called my Sales Representative on Sunday. He was great and understanding and submitted a change to have all 3 areas have the same Carpet. I was skeptical that the next morning the installers were going to show up with the wrong carpet - but not so!! The correct carpet arrived with the installers Monday morning. They did a GREAT job and the new carpet looks wonderful!! I was so pleased, I told my boss about my experience and the current sale going on. He also went to Empire.

Our Empire Flooring Sales Representative was the best salesman you'll find anywhere. He loves Empire and the products, and knows them inside and out. He was able to get me an incredible deal on high quality laminate wood flooring, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in kitchen and bathrooms and Luxury Plush Carpet for the entire second story. He provided me with his cell number and was very helpful and accessible throughout the entire process.
Installation was not as smooth as I would have liked it to be, but I can't complain about much. Installers weren't exactly "on time" the 3 days they were scheduled to be at the property but they did really great work. They cancelled on 2 days but they did come in on their day off (that Sunday) and finished the job. They even threw in about $500 worth of baseboards in the living room and dining room and cut the upstairs doors for free.
So it took them a bit longer but the floors look great. Five days for an entire home is still pretty impressive.”

My story is a bit long but it ends on a good note. We had originally ordered hardwood flooring for a particular date and we were ready for the installers to come and they called us the day of the installation telling us that our hardwood floor was not in stock and they knew since the day before. My wife and I were not happy with the lack of communication at first but empire gave us a discount and had a representative come out again and help us choose a new hard work floor that was an upgrade to our original choice. The workers came a week later and installed and they did awesome work and their quality of service was amazing. We definitely will use Empire Today again.

My wife and I called Empire Today and received a prompt call to set an appointment. Our Sales Representative came when scheduled and had samples we could see in our own home lighting. He was very professional and listened to our needs. We had over 750 sq. ft. of Ceramic Tile and cement backer board to remove as well as 500 sq. ft. of Laminate Flooring to come up. We agreed on a price and date to begin installation.
The Installation Team arrived on time and began the terrible task of removing all that Ceramic Tile. The entire Installation Team was outstanding! They stayed every day until after 8 p.m. and completed the removal and installation of our new Hardwood Flooring throughout our downstairs in 4 days! The original estimate was 6 days minimum.
We will recommend Empire Flooring and their crews anytime. We couldn't be more pleased!
