*Individuals who submit a referral through Empire Today’s online referral program, that directly results in a purchase from Empire Today by the individual you referred within 1 year of the date you made the referral, can qualify to receive either: (a) a $100 Empire Today® Splash Discover® Prepaid Card for purchases by the referral totaling $2,000 or more; or (b) a $50 Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card for purchases by the referral totaling under $2,000. The referring customer must first register at empiretoday.com/refer-a-friend and provide a mailing address and other information for participation in the program prior to the referral’s purchase from Empire Today. To qualify, a referred customer must be a first time customer to Empire Today. If multiple products are purchased by the individual referred, the products purchased by the individual referred must be part of the same order and installed in one residence. Limit one $50 or $100 Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card per referred customer. Purchases by multiple referred customers may not be combined to determine prepaid card value.
All Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Cards will be mailed to the address provided by referrer. Program subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice and valid only in Empire service areas within the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Program open only to legal residents of the U.S. or D.C., 18 years of age and older. No purchase is required by referrer in order to be eligible to participate in the referral program. By submitting a referral, you represent and warrant that the referral is not unwelcome, that you and the recipient reside at different addresses and that the referral is not for fraudulent or other improper purposes. By referring any individual and accepting any Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card through this program, you agree to, and do hereby release Empire Today and its employees from any claims or damages arising from or related to any loss, use or misuse of any Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card or goods or services purchased with any Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card provided to you through this program. If the referral is referred by multiple referrers, only the first referrer (based on date of online referral) to place the referral will receive an Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card. Allow up to 3 to 5 weeks from the date of installation for delivery of your prepaid card. Contractors and employees of Empire Today, its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the program.
PREPAID CARD DISCLOSURE:The Empire Today® Splash Discover® Prepaid Card is not redeemable for cash or usable at any ATM. The plastic Splash Discover prepaid card itself expires 6 months after issuance; provided, however, the funds available on the prepaid card do not expire. If funds remain on the card after expiration of the prepaid card, please contact Customer Service at 800-798-4104 to request the issuance of a new card. Replacement card fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the current balance of the prepaid card in order to issue a new prepaid card. Empire Today Splash Discover Prepaid Card program is administered by 1to1 Card. Terms and Conditions apply to the card available at svcards.com. Subject to applicable law, a monthly maintenance fee of $3 (USD) applies, but is waived for the first 6 months after the card is issued. Discover® and the Discover acceptance mark are service marks used by MetaBank™, Member FDIC, under license from Discover Financial Services. Empire Today reserves the right to substitute a check of equal value in lieu of a Splash Discover Prepaid Card at its discretion.
