We were skeptical at first in choosing Empire based on a TV commercial and no references. I called the 800# and made an appointment.   What sold me was meeting with the area representative in your home with huge floor samples, scheduling at your family's convenience, prompt quality work, and being able to connect with great customer service. The contractors were experienced and did wonderful work. Now we're working on Empire gutters and window treatments.
