We needed to have blinds installed throughout our home in less than 2 weeks and Empire was the ONLY place we found who could do it in less than a week! It was literally less than a week from the 1st measurement till installation. In fact the order went through the Monday and the blinds were up on the Wednesday!
What really impressed me though was the courteous, efficient service we got! At every step of the way, Empire was attentive to our needs and responsive and helpful in even the littlest details. Every person we dealt with had our best interests at heart and each offered helpful tips and hints in their areas of expertise.
The easy to clean faux wood blinds add so much warmth to every room and every time I look at them - which I admit is pretty often - I feel good because of the great experience we had purchasing them! Thank you Empire for a professional job excellently done!

The entire process of installing our new tile floors was flawless. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional and the job was completed on time and perfectly. I had carpet, flooring and blinds installed. I shopped at many other stores and received little or no attention. [The Empire sales representative] was very detailed in everything he showed us and never once rushed us. The installers were very hard working people.
