Hi, I had a wonderful experience with Empire! I scheduled an appointment online and someone called me back the next morning to schedule an appointment. [The Sales Reps] showed up right on time and were very personable and easy to talk to. No high pressure selling.

I decided on what blinds I wanted and they did everything possible to get the price in the range I could afford. They showed up the next day and took measurements of the windows. Again very professional and worked quickly so I could get to work on time.

I was called when my blinds arrived and they were installed the next day. The blinds look beautiful and of a high quality. My house has never looked so good from the inside and the outside. I would recommend Empire to everyone. I have very little free time and they arrived when they said they would so I had no waiting around wasting on my day. That trait alone sets them apart from other companies who feel their time is more important then the customers and show up hours after they say they will. Two thumbs way up for Empire!!

What sold me was meeting with the area representative in your home with huge floor samples, scheduling at your family's convenience, prompt quality work, and being able to connect with great customer service. The contractors were experienced and did wonderful work. Now we're working on Empire gutters and window treatments.

I was a little skeptical at first and didn't know what to expect when I called Empire. The sales associate was wonderful - he gave me the background on the company and I felt very at ease and comfortable with the whole process.

The installers arrived and had my carpeting done in no time! They worked quickly and efficiently, had a great attitude and did a phenomenal job! My bedrooms and hallway looks fabulous!
