We were skeptical at first in choosing Empire based on a TV commercial and no references. I called the 800# and made an appointment.
What sold me was meeting with the area representative in your home with huge floor samples, scheduling at your family's convenience, prompt quality work, and being able to connect with great customer service. The contractors were experienced and did wonderful work. Now we're working on Empire gutters and window treatments.

I had carpet, flooring and blinds installed. I shopped at many other stores and received little or no attention. [The Empire sales representative] was very detailed in everything he showed us and never once rushed us. The installers were very hard working people. I just could not believe my eyes watching everything come together in such a short time. I will recommend Empire to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you for the service you gave.
