The whole experience was great, from the sales rep to the installers. The sales rep took the time to show me the different types of carpeting and their durability for my family's busy lifestyle. I just had my carpets done and they look great. 

The carpet installers where very helpful. They moved all my furniture and put down carpets in 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs in 3 hours. I'm totally excited about my new carpets. I've had hardwood floors done by Empire too. I'm also going to have them install tiling in the kitchen in the future. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done. I can actually show my upstairs now.

WOW!!! Quick and very professional service from the sales representative to the installer. We had carpeting and wood flooring installed and are very happy with the results. The products were beautiful and very affordable.
