Great service! The sales rep was friendly and on-time. The delivery was quick and high quality. I couldn't be happier! Paying for home remodeling is never fun but you really make the experience easy and comfortable.

I would like to say that Empire is by far the best company I have worked with. Starting with the salesman, [who] came to my home with samples and the knowledge of the product I was interested in purchasing...

The installation crew was the best I have ever worked with.  The tile crew arrived on schedule, completed the bath installations, and cleaned the areas all in a few hours. [The] crew was on the job as scheduled three days later to install the oak flooring and carpet.

At first I thought, "What am I doing?"  My house looked as if a bomb was set off when the demo was being done, [Empire] assured me everything would be alright. Three days later the work was completed and it looked great!! The crew cleaned my house, returned all the furniture to the proper locations, [and] made sure I was satisfied with all work.

I had a repair required to an original installation recently. If you are a 'picky' customer like myself, I would highly recommend the team of [installers]. They had me check their work frequently before completing each step and the outcome was perfect. They were courteous, professional and efficient.
