I had carpeting laid in living/dining room and hallway. The salesman arrived as he stated he would. He was very pleasant and helpful in helping me make my selection. The installers arrived the next day. I had already removed the carpet, as had some sub-flooring work that needed [to be] done first.

The 2 gentlemen assessed the area, and immediately got to work. There was not one wasted minute of time, they worked efficiently. When they left, I was amazed as there was not even one little string to pick up. They vacuumed after installation and removed all debris. They showed extreme pride in their work. I have and will continue to recommend Empire Today to others.

I would like to say that Empire is by far the best company I have worked with. Starting with the salesman, [who] came to my home with samples and the knowledge of the product I was interested in purchasing...

The installation crew was the best I have ever worked with.  The tile crew arrived on schedule, completed the bath installations, and cleaned the areas all in a few hours. [The] crew was on the job as scheduled three days later to install the oak flooring and carpet.

At first I thought, "What am I doing?"  My house looked as if a bomb was set off when the demo was being done, [Empire] assured me everything would be alright. Three days later the work was completed and it looked great!! The crew cleaned my house, returned all the furniture to the proper locations, [and] made sure I was satisfied with all work.
