I was a little skeptical at first and didn't know what to expect when I called Empire. The sales associate was wonderful - he gave me the background on the company and I felt very at ease and comfortable with the whole process.
The installers arrived and had my carpeting done in no time! They worked quickly and efficiently, had a great attitude and did a phenomenal job! My bedrooms and hallway looks fabulous! So much so that I am now going to order my window blinds from Empire - with service like this, there's no way I would go anywhere else. Thanks so much Empire!!!

I had carpet, flooring and blinds installed. I shopped at many other stores and received little or no attention. [The Empire sales representative] was very detailed in everything he showed us and never once rushed us. The installers were very hard working people. I just could not believe my eyes watching everything come together in such a short time. I will recommend Empire to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you for the service you gave. I grew up in Chicago, Illinois listening to Empire commercials and my mom used their services for carpet installation with obvious satisfaction. So, when they came to the Atlanta market, I was already sold. They installed my window treatments and they look amazing.
I'm now getting in position for a laminate installation to my great room. I recommend Empire highly. The work is great and customer service still exists with this company. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.
