I could not believe how quickly the floor was installed. Usually a date will be given and when that date comes a call is received telling you that something has happened and a new appointment must be made. Not with Empire Today.
They came home the following day and completed three rooms in one day as was promised. Thank you again for the convenience of having the floor finished on time.

We used Empire Carpet quite a few years ago in our old home. So when we bought my Dad's house, we needed to carpet the entire house (the carpet was 23 years old). We carpeted the living room, the stairs, three bedrooms, the hallway, and closets/walk-in closets. The job was professional. We are going to have them come back to do our dining room and basement soon.
We also had a bath tub liner installed and the job was excellent, a totally transformed bathroom with no clean up on our part. Very professional, actually we have another appointment to get a quote on a shower liner for another bathroom in our house.

Empire Today has been a very positive experience. At 8:30AM on Friday, September 28th, I e-mailed and requested an appointment with a sales representative. By 8:45AM I received an e-mail thanking me for my interest and advising me that an associate would be contacting me shortly. At 9:00AM I received a telephone call confirming that an associate had been contacted and would be contacting me very soon. About 9:30AM an associate called and arranged to meet with my wife and me at our home later that same afternoon. He arrived on schedule with carpet samples in hand.
I requested a Wednesday, October 3rd installation. The installers arrived at 8:30AM on the 3rd and did a very professional and impressive installation. The cuts were the most exact I have ever seen. I will be calling Empire Today next year when I begin my Phase II update.
