Empire Today has been a very positive experience. At 8:30AM on Friday, September 28th, I e-mailed and requested an appointment with a sales representative. By 8:45AM I received an e-mail thanking me for my interest and advising me that an associate would be contacting me shortly. At 9:00AM I received a telephone call confirming that an associate had been contacted and would be contacting me very soon. About 9:30AM an associate called and arranged to meet with my wife and me at our home later that same afternoon. He arrived on schedule with carpet samples in hand.

I requested a Wednesday, October 3rd installation. The installers arrived at 8:30AM on the 3rd and did a very professional and impressive installation. The cuts were the most exact I have ever seen. I will be calling Empire Today next year when I begin my Phase II update.

Our experience with Empire Today was excellent! The salesman showed up promptly and spent the time we needed to review tile samples and make a decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch and we were able to negotiate a deal. 

This was on a Friday and, as promised, the installers arrived the following Monday morning ready to work. On Tuesday afternoon, after seeing a several tile placed, my wife called me in a panic thinking now she did not like the tile color. In short, Empire Today politely agreed to stop the work and have the salesman return in the morning and if we selected another tile, there would be no charge, etc. This happened and we ended up keeping the tile but changed the grout color (time of day changes the tile color look due to lighting variances). 

I was frankly shocked at how accommodating Empire was to the situation. The job still was finished on Friday as promised and the quality of the work done was stellar. We are extremely pleased and will definitely consider Empire for any future work. Our friends and neighbors also like the new look.
