What is Self-Cleaning Glass? How does it work?  

Empire Today's windows feature self-cleaning glass.

During the manufacturing process, our windows are treated with a special, durable transparent coating.  This coating contains properties that assist UV light in breaking down organic dirt that may be on the window.  Additionally, the coating causes rainwater to avoid beading on the window's surface. 

Instead, the water sheets off washing away the loosened dirt.  This sheeting action also allows the window's surface to dry much faster, decreasing spotting and streaking and making the window's surface easier to keep clean.
