Everyone strives to have a cool and collected morning routine but as we are all know, that isn’t always the case. To give myself some much needed time in the morning, I try and prepare my breakfast the night before. Overnight Oats are the perfect way to accomplish that because you can literally make the entire meal before you go to sleep. In honor of fall, I am trying to get pumpkin into just about every meal. This week I made Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats and knowing I had that waiting for me in the fridge when I woke up was a huge incentive to hop out of bed!
